FRIDAY EVENING
The organizing committee is considering a possible fun event to give chorus members a reason to want to arrive Friday.
CONTEST
Both chorus and quartet contests will take place on Saturday at the Convocation Hall of Mt.A
Tentative schedule (subject to change)
Chorus contest (with mic testing) 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Lunch 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Quartet contest (with mic testing) 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Evals 2:45 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
MEALS and BANQUET
Meals will be served in the Jennings Dining Hall of Mt. A, which is conveniently situated beside the two accommodation buildings. Meals will be buffet-style. Your committee is reviewing the alternative for Saturday lunch between a buffet in the Jennings Dining Hall and a boxed sandwich lunch. The banquet and afterglow will take place at the Jennings Dining Hall, beginning with a meet-and-greet at 6:00 p.m. followed by the banquet, probably around 6:30 p.m. - exact timing may change between now and then. A paid bar will be available during the banquet and afterglow.
Please feel free to address any questions you have to us and we’ll do our best to provide you answers.
