Friday - May 16th [Evening]
5:00pm-6:00pm Supper - If you arrive on Friday and are looking to eat
6:30pm-7:30pm Mass Sing on the green by the residence halls. Join us for some group songs! The event will be hosted by General HasBeen himself, Murray Phillips. Each chorus will lead the singing of a Polecat song, under that chorus' director. Here is the list of songs to review and practise!
Saturday - May 17th
Both chorus and quartet contests will take place at Convocation Hall (#1 on the Map)
💰Partners, family members, and the public are welcome and encouraged to join us during contest so their ears witness to our hard work!! The cost for audience members are $20 each. Tickets can be paid for in advance during registration or cash at the door.

10:00am - 11:30am Chorus contest (with mic testing)
11:45am - 1:00pm Lunch at Convocation Hall!
1:00pm - 2:30 pm Quartet contest (with mic testing)

Blocks of rooms are reserved for the nights of Friday May 16, Saturday May 17, and Sunday May 18.
Mount Allision has 2 buildings available for us: Windsor (#24 on the map) and Harper (#26 on the map). Both have elevators. Mt.A will seek to place everyone (according to room preference) in Windsor, and will use Harper only if a particular room preference is not available in Windsor.
Check-in and registration will take place at Windsor.

Please follow the steps below for registration and payment.
Each chorus chooses a single designated registration lead. We suggest the chorus Treasurer or Secretary.
That person downloads / makes a copy of the chorus registration form
That person gathers all the information from their singers
They then email the completed registration sheet to John Doubt (Treasurer@voicesoffundy.org) and CC Tina Norton (norton_tina@yahoo.ca)
